We are located outside of Shepherdstown, West Virginia, a small college town on the upper Potomac River in the Eastern Panhandle of the state. Our mini-farm is a work in progress, begun in 2006 when we moved in to our newly built passive solar cottage with geothermal heat pump.
The farm is named after our chickens, who really do run to meet us (when they are hungry)!
