…I love this picture – it is a bunch of elderflowers, from an elderberry bush in July. Elderberries are rather invasive – they grow from roots. The taste isn’t that great (musty, sweet, no tartness unless you add lemon juice) so we had pulled them all out, but they came back!
A lovely picture to remind us that spring and summer will come again.
