&#8230;I love this picture &#8211; it is a bunch of elderflowers, from an elderberry bush in July.  Elderberries are rather invasive &#8211; they grow from roots.  The taste isn&#8217;t that great (musty, sweet, no tartness unless you add lemon juice) so we had pulled them all out, but they came back!
